Air Force Airmen Result 2019: Every aspirant is hopeful of a good result and qualifying for the post. Now the candidates who sat for the Air Force Airmen exam can now check their results on the official website: www.airmenselection.cdac.in the airmen group x y result 2019 for the batch 01/2020 and the cut off marks for the group x and group y have been declared. Phase 1 and Phase 2 Air Force technical and the non-technical results have been updated.
The Indian Air Force selection process for the intake of the batch of 01/2020. The recruits will join the armed forces as airmen in group x trades (excluding education instructor trade) and will join group y trades (excluding automobile technician, Indian air force (police) Indian Air force (security), ground training instructor and musician trades)
The online test for the post was conducted by the Indian Air Force for both groups ‘x’ and group ‘y’. The tests were conducted for different posts in the groups. The selection tests were conducted from 14th to 17th March 2019.

The Indian Air Force has been released on the official website. You can logon to the official website: www.airmenselection.cdac.in the exams were conducted from 14 to 17th March 2019. The candidates who have qualified in the computer-based exam are all eligible for the next round of the recruitment process. The result for Phase-1 has been uploaded on the official website.
The merit list has also been updated. The computer-based Phase-1 exam is the criteria for selection to the Phase-2 exam. Now you can check if you have qualified for the Phase-2 of the recruitment process. The result has been uploaded on the official website www.airmenselection.cdac.in the result has been updated within 25 days of the conduction of the exam.
Information about Phase-1 exam: The exam for the group x was of 60 minutes in total and consisted of subjects like English, Physics, And Mathematics. The group y trades had a 45 minutes online test which comprised of English as per 10+2 level, Reasoning, and General Awareness. The online test for both groups x and y was of 85 minutes and consisted of English, physics, and maths as per the 10+2 level. 0.25 marks were deducted for every wrong answer of a candidate.
IT should be noted that every candidate should qualify in each of the papers separately to qualify.
We expect the separate cutoffs to go as per the following expectations. The different cutt-offs for the groups are:
- Airmen Group X Cut Off : 48-53 Marks
- Airmen Group Y Cut Off : 27-33 Marks
- Airmen Group X & Y Cut Off: 75+ Marks
All the candidates shortlisted in the Phase-1 will be provided with a new admit card on their registered e-mail ID for the Phase-2 exam.
Physical Fitness Test (PFT) : the names of the qualified students will be displayed on the official website www.airmenselection.cdac.in the qualifiers will be called for a Physical Fitness Test (PFT). The PFT will consist of the 1.6km run to be completed in a fixed time of 06 minutes and 30 seconds. The qualified students must also complete a total of 10 Push-ups, 10 Sit-ups, and 20 squats within a given amount of time to qualify the PFT.
Adaptability Test- I (For both Groups ) : Qualifiers of Physical Fitness Test (PFT) will then undergo Adaptability Test-I (objective type written test) which assesses the suitability of a candidate for employment in the IAF.
Adaptability Test- II (For both Groups ) : Candidates who qualify Adaptability Test – I will undertake Adaptability Test- II as per policy. Adaptability Test- II helps to select candidates who can adapt to the environment of Indian Air Force.
